Privacy Policy
We have a strong commitment to providing excellent service to all our customers and visitors of this Website, including respecting your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Policy discloses how we collect, protect, use and share information gathered about you on our website. We encourage you to check back from time to time for updates and will post the last update date on the bottom of this document. A revised version will go into effect as the time we post it unless noted otherwise. By using or accessing LoanNow, you are accepting the policies and practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect and Its Uses
Personal Information
We collect your personal information if you decide to apply for one of our loan products via our website. We use personal information to assure we are promoting safe and responsible lending practices.
When you apply for a loan on LoanNow, you are asked to provide information such as: name, address, phone number, email address, and other similar information. We may also ask for certain financial information, including your bank account numbers, routing numbers, debit card numbers or other similar information that may be needed for funding and repayment purposes. We may use your email address to send communications and confirm information while trying to process your loan request. We may use your contact information to keep you updated about future offers or promotions unless you specifically opt-out online or otherwise notify us.
We may also require you to provide additional information to help verify identity and/or manage risk with such information as date of birth, social security number, or other information. As a part of our underwriting for loans, we will consider bank account information provided by you and we may detect additional bank accounts under your ownership. LoanNow may look to third parties such as credit bureaus, affiliates or other companies to help validate this information as well. We may also consider information about you from non-credit reporting data providers including for example, information about your location and the location of your mobile devices and other publicly available information about you.
Collection and Use of Bank Account Information
If we extend credit to a consumer, we will consider the bank account information provided by the consumer as eligible for us to process payments against. In addition, as part of our information collection process, we may detect additional bank accounts under the ownership of the consumer. We will consider these additional accounts to be part of the application process.
Website Usage Information
LoanNow wants to create the best user experience possible when one visits our website. As a result we store transaction history and user relationships/interactions. We also collect certain information from users’ browsers using a small text file called “cookies” for record-keeping purposes. This type of cookie allows us to recognize if a user visits multiple pages on our site during the same session and will expire once you close your browser and the cookie itself does not store any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.
We employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.
We use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
Fraudulent Device Reputation Information
To protect both you and us, we use services provided by a third-party to help decide whether to accept transactions from personal computers, mobile phones, or other devices. The third-party service checks whether these devices have been identified with fraudulent or abusive transactions in the past, such as reported instances of identity theft, account takeovers, or malware attacks. For this purpose, a cookie file, flash storage token, or other code file may be placed on your device to identify it in the future when you visit our website or connect with our applications. On connection with our site or service, we will transmit that device identification code to the third-party’s server, along with data concerning certain technical attributes of your device such as the model, operating system, and browser version, as well as the IP address, all of which are used to confirm device identification. The third-party’s server returns a response recommending that transactions be accepted or denied, according to settings we have selected. If you set your browser or device to reject these cookies or tokens, you may not be able to conclude some transactions through our website or application. If your requested transaction is declined, or if you have questions about our use of a “device reputation” service, please contact Customer Service at 800-437-1875.
Links and Information with Other Sites and Third Parties
LoanNow will not share a user’s personal or financial information with other customers. Our goal in collecting personal identifiable information during website usage is to provider users with a safe, efficient and customized experience while educating one on the products and services that LoanNow offers.

We will not sell your data to third parties. However, we may share personal information with our contracted partners who assist us in certain parts of our business operations such as application evaluation, customer service, payment processing, fraud prevention, data storage and other similar services that may be necessary to fulfill the loan application and processing services. We will share only as much information as we deem necessary for the provision of those services.
In limited circumstances, LoanNow may be compelled to share personal information with law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties in the event of a subpoena, court order or other legal procedure whereby we believe in good faith that the disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of our user agreement.
Our site may contain links to other sites and advertisers that also use cookies on our site but we do not have access to or control over these cookies. This privacy statement covers the use of our cookies only and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
